Today it was reported that famous fashion designer Alexander McQueen has died at the age of 40. I personally adored the man and his desgins. The fashion world lost a star today.

I was so happy when the Saint's won even though they are not my favorite team (I will always be loyal to the Giants) I still wanted them to win (nothing against the Colts!). They really made the still recovering New Orleans happy! So In honor and celebration of the Saint's win for the Superbowl, I am going to feature some beautiful black and gold dresses, accessories, and clothes! So all you gals who are going to fun parties after the parade here are some cool things to wear.

Oh Karl Lagerfeld! How i would like to to sit down and just go through his thoughts (and his dressing room!). I love this dress. For some reason it reminds of My fair lady (u know the whole neck piece). A main element in the collection was silver. And Karl Incorporated it perfectly into all of his pieces. Its flawless sophistication.

DameRouge Haute Couture Spotlight: John Galliano for Christian Dior

I loved this entire look. The long riding coats, the top hats with veils, the very feminine riding boots. To me it screams sophisticated, strong, finished, and feminine. Superber job!
